Doing some research for Operation Grizzly Camp, I came across this YouTube video of a couple ignorant fools taunting a bull moose. They’re lucky they didn’t get eviscerated by those massive antlers. I share because this is an absolutely stunning animal. He’s gorgeous. And he tolerates them with grace. But of course the one man has to keep approaching.
I’ve been criticized for calling out such idiots in my books. Really. The utter disrespect for wildlife is rampant. Not to mention dangerous, for the animals as well as the humans.
Let’s be a voice for them. Educate people. Leave wildlife alone. Enjoy the experience at a safe distance. Don’t be idiots!
Speaking of that. I hope they nailed the guy who jumped on the back of a moose last year. Anyone know if they did?
